Payment

All payments are processed securely via INSTAMOJO or RAZORPAY, the designated payment gateways of BNH Food & Snacks Industries.
Domestic & international customers must make payments online. Delivery charges apply as per actuals.
Use of your own card is mandatory. We are not liable for fraud, and disputes arising from unauthorized card use will be your responsibility.
BNH Food & Snacks Industries is not liable for any declined authorizations due to card limits or issues with the acquiring bank.

Orders are processed within 48 hours. Delivery usually takes between 2 to 6 days depending on product and location.
No refunds or cancellations will be processed for delayed deliveries.
Ensure accurate delivery address. Incorrect addresses are at customer’s risk.
Shipping charges apply based on weight, location, and packaging. Taxes are additional.
International shipments may incur customs duties. Customers are responsible for compliance and documentation.
BNH is not responsible for product damage, tampering, or spillage during shipping. Insurance is recommended (CIF terms).
Delivery outside Mumbai is handled by third-party courier services. Quality issues due to shipping delays will not qualify for refunds.
Delivery tracking details may not be available immediately.
Delivery may be denied in certain regions or for restricted products.
Check goods at delivery time for any shortfalls and raise complaints immediately by email.
Fancy packaging (tin/plastic boxes) is charged extra. Prices and taxes are subject to change without prior notice.

Complaints must be raised at the time of delivery.
Bengali sweets must be consumed within 5–8 hours. Store in steel, glass, or aluminum containers in the fridge.
Milk & Mawa sweets should also be consumed within 5–8 hours and stored in non-plastic containers.

Once placed, orders cannot be cancelled — whether online, by phone, or fax — under any circumstances.
